She has co-founded Integrass (Formerly Across Borders Management Consulting Group) in the Fall of 2011. Prior to founding Integrass, she managed delivery at Fortune 500 companies like Fiserv, Verizon, and Gentiva Health Services respectively.
Rajagopalan holds a Masters of Computer Engineering & Nano Technology from the University of Texas, El Paso, TX, and earned her Bachelors’s degree in Electronics from India. She is a certified Project Management Professional. She is passionate about helping others and taking part in charitable works.
Chief Operations Officer & Senior Vice President
Raj Ramaswamy has joined Integrass as its Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President focusing on monetization, strategy and diversification. Raj is a seasoned wealth, investment, finance & business management professional with 15+ years of experience. Before starting his own wealth management firm – Endovia, Raj has held senior leadership roles with JP Morgan, SBI Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life and ICICI Prudential.
Raj hold a MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia (USA) and Masters in Computer Application and Bachelors in Commerce from India. Raj is passionate about technology, investment management and innovations aiding social growth.

Vijay Krishnan oversees strategy, service delivery and business development for Integrass worldwide.
Vijay Krishnan co-founded Integrass (Formerly Across Borders Management Consulting Group) along with Arathi Rajagopalan in the Fall of 2011. Prior to founding Integrass, Krishnan developed software delivery and project management expertise at Ultramatics, a Premier IBM Partner company he co-founded in 2004, and managed delivery at Fortune 500 companies like Fiserv and Motorola as Director of Project Management and Senior Software Engineer respectively.
Vijay Krishnan holds a MBA from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA and Masters of Computer Science from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA. Krishnan also holds a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from India. Krishnan is passionate about Green Energy, Green Products and Eco-Responsible initiatives.

Hema Sekar has been a veteran of the organization, spearheading Human Resources and Operations and renders her knowledge and skills in areas of strategic assessments, data and trend analysis, implements new initiatives or improvements, process streamlining to improve overall HR experience for the growth of the organization. She also contributes to diverse areas of Professional Services, Accounting and Finance. Her prior experiences has been as Sr Talent acquisition specialist for multiple IT staffing companies like Volt workforce solutions & Artech information systems providing end to end recruitment cycle services.
She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from National University, California and has an Undergraduate degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Telecommunications

Ted J. Spero, a leader in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years, holds the position of Vice President of IT Infrastructure at FAIRWINDS Credit Union, where he has worked since 2005. FAIRWINDS is the largest financial institution headquartered in Central Florida with over $2.3 billion in assets and 190,000 members.
Prior to joining FAIRWINDS, Ted performed IT consulting services for the United States Department of Defense and supervised the global data center team of Ocwen Financial Corporation, one of the largest mortgage servicers in the United States. Ted has spoken at numerous events including the FDIC Seidman Center in Arlington, VA, NCUA IS&T SME Conference in Miami, FL, and the ToolCASE Client Conference in Greenwood Village, CO on topics including Virtualization of Oracle databases, Virtualization security, and performance optimization for virtualized Oracle OLTP workloads. Ted has also been interviewed for published articles in Bank Systems & Technology, InformationWeek, and others.

L. Harrison ‘Hal’ Thayer is an Assistant Director at the Florida SBDC at the University of Central Florida (FSBDC at UCF). With more than 10 years at the FSBDC, Hal has a broad and deep knowledge, and understanding of the Florida SBDC at UCF’s Consulting Services, Training Opportunities, and Research Resources.
Hal joined the FSBDC at UCF in 2010 after an accomplished career in Strategic Marketing, Corporate Brand Management, and Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution at companies including HBO, GE, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Novell, often working closely with the company CEOs.
After 20 plus years in corporate America, and prior to joining the FSBDC at UCF, Hal was general manager of a 10-person risk management boutique and then the principal in T3 Advisors, LLC, where he provided business and marketing consulting services to small businesses and individuals, including as a career coach and a franchise business advisor.
Thayer holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree from Amherst College.

She is an award-winning business advisor and program manager with experience fuelling growth, productivity, and profitability for second-stage businesses. She has been a Business Consultant and an Assistant Director of the Florida SBDC at the University of Central Florida since 2006, where she focuses on assisting second-stage businesses. She also served as a Program Manager of the award-winning Advisory Board Council and Small Business Institute® programs. Under Kaufman’s leadership, the Advisory Board Council won the International Economic Development Council’s Program of the Year Award for Entrepreneurship in 2011. The Florida SBDC Network named Kaufman Regional Certified Business Analyst of the Year in 2008 and Florida Star of the Year in 2010 for her exemplary contributions to the network.

Vice President – India Operations and Board Director
Rengarajan Krishnan leads the Operations of the Global Service including the Human Resource, Administration, and Finance program at Integrass. Rengarajan has been a Board Director since the inception of Integrass Technical Services Pvt. Ltd.
Rengarajan is an accomplished leader with 25 years of operations experience and managing large teams in the Financial and Banking sectors with strong Administrative, Financial, and Operational Acumen and the ability to build operational efficiencies and growth through effective administration. Rengarajan holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Commerce.
Mythili Richards has been such an asset to the ABMCG Team. She started with the company in September 2016.
Mythili has several years of experience in the Accounting area, she not only handles the payroll but also plays an intricate role in dealing with the company taxes and finances.
She is a Certified Enrolled Agent for the Department of The Treasury for the IRS. Mythili continues to bring her expertise in her field to the health and growth of our company.
Practice Head – Global Delivery
Wendy Martinez joined the Integrass team in January 2020. Wendy has several years of experience in the Operations area, including Human Resources. She is a great team player who enjoys multitasking. She assists with Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Employee relations.
Wendy holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Forensics Technologies from the ITT Technical Institute in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Office & IT Support Associate
Carlos Joined the Integrass team in November 2021. He has several years on IT field working with local government agencies, IT service providers and Oil and Gas industry playing different roles Managing Infrastructure, IT Networking, Deployment IT services and support to End Users. He supporting IT services to Integrass customers and assists IT operations.
Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree on Computer Science from Catholic University, Bogota, Colombia.
Mike Sunners is the Business Growth Director focused on Business Development efforts for Integrass . He has over 20 years’ experience with technology and IT companies across a broad range of industries, supporting their entry, transformation and growth strategies in North American, Asian and European markets. Specific areas of experience include IT Services, identity systems & security, smart cards, data systems, telecoms and finance.
Mike holds a BSc (Honors) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Technical Development Manager
Rajkumar has more than 11 years of experience, in the area of developing PHP and web-based applications. and he has developed various portals and applications for US clients using PHP and MySql technologies while working for Integrass. He has proved an ability to manage multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines. Also, he has knowledgeable in project management tools, processes, and techniques.
He has exemplary problem-solving skills, and he can able to identify problems and implement corrective processes on his own. and also he has a high-energy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver. he is doing to teach and learn as a dynamic and interactive process with his team members.
He Excels in team environments and leadership roles, and experienced supervisor with a management style that motivates staff productivity. he is a quick learner and ability to learn new concepts.
Rajkumar holds two master’s degrees in Computer Science, First one was received from the PRIST University, Tamilnadu., as a Master of Philosophy(M.Phil.) in Computer Science. and his next degree was received from the Bharathidasan University, Tamilnadu., for Master of Science(M.Sc.) in Computer Science.

Lindsey is an Orlando native whose passion for sports and technology comes together in her work with Integrass Sports, a subsidiary of Integrass. A lifelong sports fanatic and proud Florida State Alumni, Lindsey works tirelessly to bring effective, efficient, and innovative technology solutions to sports organizations and their members and fans alike. Lindsey has worked in the sports arena since 2018 and continues to drive Integrass Sports’ growth in helping sports organizations reach their maximum potential.
Lindsey holds a Dual Degree from Florida State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Statistic

Nithya Muralidharan (Natasha) is currently supporting many clients with the Learning Management System and is also sharing her expertise with VirtualOps IT Services, to enable distinct results, and to leverage business success to the organization.
She has more than 5 years of experience working with Multinational Financial corporations such as BNP Paribas Securities Services, Chennai, in managing projects and supporting global customers.
She earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from ITM (Institute for Technology and Management), and her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with a specialization in Banking and Financial Support Services from Ethiraj college.

Srinivas joined the Integrass team in July 2017. He has over eight years of experience serving the Banking, Information Technology, and Services Industry sectors. He currently handles Customer Engagement, Team Management, Program/Project Management, IT Consulting, and Delivery Management of services and resources for clients all over the Nation, Mexico, LATAM & India.
Srinivas holds a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Science, from Gannon University, Erie, PA, and a Master of Computer Applications Degree from SASTRA University, India.

Allimuthu Thangavel joined the Integrass Team in Feb 2015 and directs the Technical Recruitment Team and Sales. He has over 14 years of experience and has gained rich professional expertise, working in the field of IT staffing and recruitment services.
He comes with the following credentials of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Information science and Management. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Fashion Marketing Management from Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), Italy.
