Position: Technical Project Manager Duration: Long Term

Work Profile: Full Time, Office Based Profile

Required Experience: Relevant Industry Experience of 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities Include

1. Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
2. Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
3. Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives
4. Lead Budgets and Resource Allocation through all project phases
5. Schedule project timelines and technology mapping
6. Make estimates for the budget and schedule
7. Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects
8. Establish and train teams on processes and strategies
9. Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review
10. Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables
11. Research and evaluate technologies and help make decisions on the cost-benefit analysis
12. Update and maintain hardware and software systems as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of Experience in Technical Project Management Master’s degree in project management or related technical field preferred Project management certification is a Plus

Trained in project management and knowledge of various methodologies to deliver successful projects Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams

Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative and fast-paced work environment Managerial experience
