Position: Business Development Manager /Account Manager for US IT Staffing

Key Responsibilities Include


  1. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA
  2. Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
  3. Get involved in complete recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placing
  4. Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
  5. Be accountable for revenue targets
  6. Client relationship management
  7. Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
  8. Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
  9. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business


Required Experience


  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
  2. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements
  3. Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high-pressure environment with Sales Deliveries
  4. Should be able to work Independently work – end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
  5. Expert level technical recruitment skills.
  6. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
  7. Ability to Use MS Office and related products.
