Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and ideally possess a background in sales, business development, and relationship management. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports industry.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sports organizations and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and drive value.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling demos, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.



  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A track record of success in sales and business development with at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the sports industry, including trends, players, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
