Bench Sales Recruiter


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
  • Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
  • Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1 B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
  • Expert in job portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and other networking methods and marketing of candidates on bench via requirements received in email, dice, techfetch, etc. (social media Platforms)
  • Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on C2C basis.
  • Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required.
  • Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals.
  • Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.
  • Submitting to their contacts (own Database)
  • Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client.
  • Checking with the consultant’s comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of shortlisting for the job positions applied.
  • Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on Phone or mail regarding the rates and client interviews
  • Experienced with End to End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and prior experience in interviewing the candidates on basic skills set is a must.
  • Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews
  • Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients.
  • Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep Updated them on daily basis regarding the marketing.
  • Must be prompt on Responding on time to consultants, Vendors and Clients.
  • Co-ordinate with Internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor Requirements.
  • Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate
  • Experienced with End to End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.
  • Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilit
  • Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled and Placements done.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Oral and Written)
