iSportz is a sports technology company that brings together various stakeholders in the sports ecosystem including National Governing Bodies (NGBs), Sports clubs, teams, players, coaches, and fans. iSportz provides an integrated SaaS platform comprising Club & Membership System (CAMS), Event Registration System (ERS), Membership Management System (MMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a Moodle Developer and years of experience – minimum 2 years in Moodle using PHP and MySQL. The Moodle developer will be responsible for developing and customizing Moodle platforms, including plugins and themes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients. In this role, they will also develop and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications

Strong technical skills in Moodle development, PHP, SQL, HTML, and CSS

Expertise in Web Development technologies & frameworks including MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, ReactJS, and AngularJS

Experience with Git, Docker, and PHP Unit Testing

Ability to develop and maintain Moodle platform themes, plugins, and modules

Experience in integrating Moodle with other systems and applications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in e-learning, instructional design, or education technology is a plus
