Position: Human Resource Recruiter [English & Spanish]

Duration: Long Term

Work Profile: Full Time [Remote]

Required Experience: Relevant Industry Experience of 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities Include

  1. Consults with hiring manager to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
  2. Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
  3. Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
  4. Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers.
  5. Checks candidate’s references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
  6. Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
  7. Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
  8. Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine next steps for the candidate.
  9. Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary.
  10. Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations

Required Skills

  • Strong English & Spanish Communication is Mandatory for this Profile
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to both work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude, a ‘yes’ mentality, and the ability to connect and build relationships quickly


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.

At least five (5) years of human resources or related experience required.

A minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience.

SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Must be Bilingual: English/ Spanish
